FAQ:
Do I have to be Catholic to attend?
No, regardless of your faith you are welcome to attend! This retreat is open to any college student that wants to develop a personal relationship with the Lord, learn more about the Catholic faith, and grow in community through virtuous friendships.
What are the retreater fees?
All retreater fees are $40. This covers all meals for the weekend, lodging/retreat center, and an awesome T-shirt! This can be paid by cash, check, or Venmo @VolCatholic (Fr. Donald Andrie). After signing up you will be contacted with more information about turning in your payment (and other stuff)!
If cost is an issue preventing you from signing up, please reach out to the coordinator or rector and we will guarantee you are able to come. We do not want this to keep you from experiencing Awakening!
What do I need to bring?
After signing up you will eventually receive an email from our Retreater Support Team. They will provide you with all information you could possibly need for the weekend (packing list, payment info, carpool sign-ups, etc.) and will be there to answer all of your questions!
What if I don’t have a car on campus?
As mentioned above, the Retreater Support Team will set up a carpool sign-up for all retreaters to ensure everyone arrives to the retreat center safely!
